It should be remembered that monthly BSE is done in addition to and not as a substitute to regular scheduled mammograms (Beast X-Rays).<\/p>\n

Clinically, mammography, clinical breast examination, breast self-examination (BSE) are methods used for screening and early diagnosis of breast cancer. BSE is recommended to begin by age 20.<\/p>\n

BSE knowledge is necessary to look and recognize any unusual changes with your breasts that could be early signs of breast cancer.<\/p>\n
