Can breast cancer be detected through self-examination?

It should be remembered that monthly BSE is done in addition to and not as a substitute to regular scheduled mammograms (Beast X-Rays).

Clinically, mammography, clinical breast examination, breast self-examination (BSE) are methods used for screening and early diagnosis of breast cancer. BSE is recommended to begin by age 20.

BSE knowledge is necessary to look and recognize any unusual changes with your breasts that could be early signs of breast cancer.
